Brief History

At its birth in the heart of Computer village at Otigba, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria, JOCLEMNS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED did not have much money but passion for IT Products and solutions which it considers as the cog in the wheel of world Economic development being inspired by Microsoft, HP, IBM, ADOBE innovative achievements and the like. Initially, no one gave us any chance of succeeding in the business. However, it did not take long before their skepticism turned to praises.

In line with its vision and drive, JOCLEMNS conducted on the 28th of February 2003 the first ever major Original Microsoft Product Launch/Promotion titled “RETAIL CENTRE FOR ORIGINAL MICROSOFT OEM SOFTWARE” in Computer Village, Ikeja, Nigeria with media coverage. This launch was conducted by JOCLEMNS amidst threats and fears from the rough Software Pirate guys who always violently threaten such attempts by different ones in the past. With this event conducted the sales of Microsoft products in Computer Village and all around the country peaked.

To further position itself in Microsoft product sales business JOCLEMNS in June 2004 acquired Microsoft Partner Certification and has since then made substantial turnover from Microsoft product sales through Coscharis Technologies Limited and Technology Distribution (TD).

Joclemns Technologies Limited entered into distributorship agreement with SoftWin company and became a distributor for Bitdefender Products in January 2007.

We are also Authorized Adobe Software Reseller/Partner.

Incorporation
JOCLEMNS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED was incorporated in the month of November 2001 Registration No. RC: 433328 in Nigeria and with an initial share capital base of One Million Naira which has grown to Ten Million Naira share capital currently.

JOCLEMNS TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED harnesses the most recent Software/Hardware technological breakthroughs and packages them as solutions tailored to the specific needs of its numerous satisfied clientele.
